The 8th International Symposium on Frontiers in Polymer Science (2026) will be held from 11–14 June 2026 in Chengdu, China, in association with Progress in Polymer Science, Polymer, EPJ, Polymer Degradation and Stability, Reactive and Functional Polymers, Polymer Testing and Giant. 
For participants’ convenience, the organizing committee will provide paid hotel booking and airport transfer services, which we hope will facilitate your travel and participation in the symposium. If you have any questions, please contact the conference team at polymerscience2026@163.com.

• 房间押金：需支付一晚房费作为押金以确保预订有效。押金到账后预订方可确认。
• Room Deposit: A deposit equivalent to one night's room rate is required to secure your reservation. The booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received.
• 押金退还：按预订如期入住及退房后，押金将于会议结束后 15 个工作日内原路退还。
• Deposit Refund: Provided you check in and check out as scheduled under your reservation, the deposit will be refunded to your original payment account within 15 business days after the conference.
• 房费请在酒店前台自行结清。
• Kindly settle your room payment directly at the hotel front desk.
• 酒店发票请在酒店前台开具。
• Please request your hotel invoice at the hotel front desk.
• 酒店线上预订截止时间：2026 年 6 月 5 日。
• The online hotel reservation will close on June 5, 2026.
 
取消政策 | Cancellation Policy
• 2026 年 6 月 1 日前可取消预订，已支付押金将在 15 个工作日内原路退还。若未收到退款，请联系会议组委会：polymerscience2026@163.com
• Room can be cancelled before June 1, 2026. The amount of the deposit paid will be refunded via the original payment method within 15 business days. If you have not received the refund, please contact the conference team at polymerscience2026@163.com.
• 2026 年 6 月 1 日之后不接受任何取消申请。
• No cancellations will be accepted after June 1, 2026.
• 房间数量有限，请提前安排行程。

Booking Notice（please read carefully）

1. Please select arrival and/or departure transfer service you required.
2. The sedan car can accommodate a maximum of 2 pax luggages. 
3. For flights arrival between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional fee of CNY70.00 (USD10.00) will apply.
4. For flights departure before 8:00 AM, an additional fee of CNY70.00 (USD10.00) will apply.

Cancellation Policy

1. Deadline of on-line transfer booking: June 5, 2026
2. 30% will be charged for cancellation happened 5 days before the service day.
3. 100% will be charged for cancellation happened within 5 days ahead of the service day.
